Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $70,000 - $92,000
Type: Perm

Responsibilities:
LinX Strategic Vision / Business Analysis:
- Conduct impact analyses of business requests for enhancements to both the legacy and Oracle-based systems and corresponding business processes.
- Identify changes and continuous improvement efforts required to achieve the expected benefits of LinX.
- Translate business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specification documentation.
- Work collaboratively with LinX technical and business / functional resources to ensure plans and efforts are aligned with overall project goals.

Organizational Change Management:
- Lead the change management efforts required to transition all affected areas of the organization to the LinX model.
- Communicate effectively with core business groups such as manufacturing, customer relations and logistics.
- Provide input in the development of tools, FAQs, training material to support implementation activities.

Project Management:
- Adhere to project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Proactively identify and communicate issues that may jeopardize milestone or project budget attainment.
- Monitor issue/action item resolution by tracking, documenting, and developing solutions as well as mitigating risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
- Develop and reviews roll-out plans, training plans, site specific checklists, and other materials and tools to ensure a successful roll-out.
- Proactively identify additional cost-savings to reduce overall project expenditures.
- Develop new methodologies, training materials, tracking mechanisms, etc. for new, post-LinX facilities to transition to the LinX model

Requirements:
- Proven project management experience leading a full-cycle ERP implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives including organizational realignment.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in business or technology or related field
