Due to our clients rapid expansion and growth, we are looking for a goal oriented individual to join Information System?s growing Application Development & Architecture Team. As a member of the IS Development team, the Application Development Lead will develop and support programs, automated processes, and other computer systems critical to enterprise applications. The preferred candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in systems design and development experience in n-tier and client/server environments. The candidate will also have team lead/management experience. Overview of Role: The primary goal of this position is to support and enhance application development efforts, and ensure the adherence to both the Software Development Lifecycle and Standards. The person in this position will work closely with development resources and key vendors to support and enhance strategic enterprise systems. S/he will be oversee the design, development, and testing of new software, and work with others to ensure a smooth implementation of changes to existing systems as well as of new applications. Demonstrated experience managing several large projects would be strongly considered.
