The Director of Web Properties will be responsible for leading customer and internal-facing web projects including leadership of the cross-functional project teams, completion/coordination of the project deliverables and coordination/tracking of the project timelines. The primary project for 2007 is a re-design of Aon's web properties.

Manage the operations and performance of 14+ online customer care sites serving over 1 million cardholders each month. Monitor site performance and work to maximize cardholder satisfaction and servicing cost savings generated by site usage. Network Administrators are primarily responsible for the support, maintenance, and integrity of the Radio Disney and ESPN Radio computer network infrastructure.
