Our Client currently seeks an experienced Sr. Systems Analyst with working knowledge of Microsoft .NET and server based technologies (Visual Studio, SharePoint, Office) for a 'PERM-HIRE" opportunity.
The successful candidate will have the following:
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills,influential communicator
--Extensive experience leading and managing large projects (1000+ hours), but
also small/medium projects
--Agile/iterative methodology experience
--Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET and server based technologies (Visual
Studio, SharePoint, Office)
--Excellent organizational skills
--Independent/self starter
--Ability to multi-task
--Good meeting facilitator
--Ability to work as a team member (including leadership role) as well as
independently
--Function as a liaison between business area and systems team.
--Create business requirements
--Create conceptual designs
--Analyze and specify user interfaces, data and workflows among the workgroups,
individuals and clients relating to current and new business systems.
--Advocate for productivity / process improvements
--BS Degree required
