As part of the COE, this individual spends 60% of their time on client engagements and sales pursuits providing leadership and mentoring to teams, and 40% of their time building Sapient's overall Business & IT Strategy capability through thought leadership, sales collateral, and reusable toolkits. Also, as part of the COE, this individual should be familiar with other Business & IT Strategy disciplines, including Enterprise Architecture Planning, Application Portfolio Planning, Project Portfolio Planning and IT Governance Planning.

The Director will also leverage the broader community within their metro area to actively shape the way Technology practitioners understand, represent and execute their work.
