The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a client facing position in the Global Technical Services (GTS) Client Services team. Summary

Monitors, evaluates, and maintains systems and procedures to ensure the safety
of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or
inadvertent access or destruction. Identifies potential threats and responds to

awareness programs. Interfaces with user community to understand their
