Under general direction this position will be responsible for:

Performing application software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
Scheduling installations and upgrades and maintaining them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Monitoring and tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
Developing and promoting standard operation procedures.
Carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Assisting in the testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Documenting and working to resolve basic problems.
Interfacing with vendor support service groups when appropriate to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Reports progress on problem resolution to management.

Under general direction this position will be responsible for:

Performing application software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.

The Business Analyst is responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of the assigned Practice Groups in order to assist the Practice Groups in achieving their straight goals and operational objectives. Role Responsibilities:

- Answer data verifier calls and emails with appropriate responses in a timely fashion.

- Create and maintain a roster of data verifiers, business sponsors, P1Up Process teams, DMO resources and other interested parties.
