Position Requirements: Project Manager

2-5 or more years experience as an Interactive Project Manager

Responsible for taking a project from concept through completion – on schedule, on budget – and meeting or exceeding the expectations of the client and Arc

Collaborates with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client's needs within established constraints

Works with account team as well as any and all members of assigned project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools

Actively participates in all project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key client deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness

Responsible for managing project financial lifecycle, including estimates, status reporting, revenue forecasts, invoicing, etc.

Create accurate, timely resource requests according to process; ensure that projects are appropriately staffed

Create and maintain project documentation such as estimates, project plans, proposals, statements of work, status reports (internal and external), change requests, functional specifications, etc.

May serve as a "lead" on large clients, working with account teams to nurture client relationships, and monitor opportunities for new business

We are seeking a web-savvy individual who is proficient in web design and web products, web metrics and the tactical use of analytical tools, and has a background in successfully project managing web initiatives to on-time, on-budget completion.

Web design and web products - including design, execution and maintenance of various web sites, web casts, e-newsletters, virtual trade shows, e-custom publishing, e-magazines, etc. proficiency in Dreamweaver and Photoshop is a must and ImageReady is a plus.

Purpose

The Flash Engineer (FE) is responsible for architecture and development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Responsibilities include implementation and completion of assigned development tasks, supervision of junior team members, enhancing departmental frameworks and procedures, and ensuring quality deliverables throughout the application lifecycle. Other responsibilities include project estimation, providing detailed documentation, mentoring of other members of the team, and enhancement of the Engineering Group's rich media application frameworks and toolsets. The FE position reports directly to the Director of Engineering.

Purpose

The Flash Engineer (FE) is responsible for architecture and development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Purpose

The Flash Engineer (FE) is responsible for architecture and development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Responsibilities include implementation and completion of assigned development tasks, supervision of junior team members, enhancing departmental frameworks and procedures, and ensuring quality deliverables throughout the application lifecycle. Other responsibilities include project estimation, providing detailed documentation, mentoring of other members of the team, and enhancement of the Engineering Group's rich media application frameworks and toolsets. The FE position reports directly to the Director of Engineering.

Technical Skills and Experience

1.2-3years of Flash/ActionScript software programming experience, specializing in rich web applications
