Experience: The developer must be experienced with Flash/Actionscript 2 or 3 using either the timeline or more object-oriented methods, including developing classes, sub-classes and components. The ideal candidate should closely follow specifications and also contributes new ideas and approaches. Experience working with Graphic design, media creation, Flash/ Flex together and prior elearning development is a plus.

The developer must be dependable, thorough, accurate, a good communicator, able to work well with all team members and have great attention to detail and high quality standards.
