CTA helps management identify, pursue and close the most strategic opportunities. To accomplish this, CTA must be effective in fostering executive level relationships.
CTA routinely act as subject matter experts assisting Engagement Managers and the Sales team in definition and development of service and solution offerings. They maintain extensive product group relationships and drive technical readiness around all products/go-to-markets for the region by mentoring consultants and partner staff and sharing best practices. In addition, CTA is responsible for extending and championing solutions from the vertical solution maps. CTA is able to deliver articulate and effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes.
CTA must have proven experience in positioning, selling and managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The SQL DB Administrator is responsible for the two main SQL databases - iMIS and Solomon. This position is responsible for the e-commerce initiatives as well as managing the data security, integrity and ensuring a high percentage uptime.

The Software Engineer is responsible for design and development of applications, and for owning their applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases.
