We will be working closely with our Intersystem's representative to provide initial installation guidance and product training. We are looking for a partner that has worked with Ensemble in at least a few different Hospital environments to help facilitate an independent view of at least the following: · Architectural review - review architecture and configurations making recommendations for improvements and optimization. We are planning a clustered production environment (2 Sun M4000 servers) with a DR site several blocks away at our backup datacenter (Sun server). · Help design common error handling and other monitoring functions to support maintainable production interfaces · Mentor our development team (5 Developers) on best practices of design, coding, unit testing. The goal would be that our developers would do the bulk of the actual development with assistance and guidance from the experienced partner. · Perform code reviews and make suggestions for improvements on utilization of the Ensemble product · Relate best practices on production operational monitoring procedures · Assist in planning and review of results from load, High Availability and DR testing · Initial production support at our go-live Although we currently support over 100 real-time HL-7 interfaces and 500 FTP file transmissions we are planning phased implementation. We are currently looking breaking our HL-7 Interfaces into 4 phases and the 5th being our batch FTP file interfaces. Our initial go-live will consist of migration of about a dozen existing interface from egate to ensemble and the creation of one or two new ones (new projects).

The CISO reports to the CIO and leads 3 direct reports with a total staff of 15 – 25 people across; Security Operations, IT Audit, and Business Continuity.The CISO will also interface with Enterprise Emergency Team and Internal Audit.

Accountability
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for leading, providing operational support and program management for the security of the CNA IT environment by following, implementing and refining security best practices and regulatory requirements.

The CISO will implement IS/IT security policies; gather, analyze and organize technical information about the security posture of CNA’s applications and infrastructure, existing security products and ongoing security initiatives; perform risk assessments, conduct analyses and prepare evaluation reports; and plan, coordinate and implement CNA’s information security policy and procedures, risk assessments and compliance support.
