The Flash Build Engineer (FB) is responsible for the development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. The Flash Build Engineer (FB) is responsible for the development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. The Associate Software Engineer (ASE) is responsible for guided development of applications, and for participating in those applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Job Description

- Identification and installation of a team collaboration tool to enhance productivity and communication

- Development and implementation of a campaign management tool user training program

The Flash Build Engineer (FB) is responsible for the development of rich media applications on the Macromedia Flash platform, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Essential Job Functions



Technical Skills and Experience

3+ years of Flash/ActionScript software programming experience, specializing in rich web applications

Write clean, documented, reusable and scalable Actionscript code

Thorough familiarity with Object-oriented design concepts, and with Design Patterns

Experience applying the MVC Model 2 pattern to rich media web applications
