Work with Risk, Credit Ops, and Finance to monitor and maximize the profitability of the $500 million online originated portfolio. Manage the operations and performance of 14+ online customer care sites serving over 1 million cardholders each month. Monitor site performance and work to maximize cardholder satisfaction and servicing cost savings generated by site usage. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive online customer care enrollments and usage. Identify new and innovative eCommerce platform enhancement opportunities.
