Our longstanding client, located in the heart of downtown, has an immediate need for 3 candidates to help with their user acceptance testing. This is a large survey company and due to increased growth, a need for project assistance has become urgent. As part of this effort, the ideal candidate will provide user acceptance testing on a variety of consumer and business related surveys. You will use a documentation tool to detail errors, missing text, unlinked buttons, incorrect options, and general quality assurance. Experience: Attention to detail is critical as this is a fast paced environment. Additionally, ability to communicate effectively with programmers to articulate errors is a key skill. Follow up skills and some analysis skills are very desirable. Ability to spot trends in data would be helpful. Any experience testing internet surveys would be a nice to have but not required.
