Identify and document functional requirements as defined by the Department of Human Resources, Department of Finance or Information Services in support of the Fingerprinting interface and Secretary of State Drivers License Interface. Develop workflow, charts, diagrams and other written specifications for system initiatives.? Working with the City BIS department, document the technical requirements for the system enhancements. Coordinate any technical requirements with the BIS and other groups pertaining to system requirements. ? Program and/or configure required programs.? Development and unit test all programs and configurations.? Provide documentation per the City standards for all development and configuration.? Other duties as required by the City.? Oracle HRMS 11.5.xx;? Oracle Database 9.2.0.4.0;? System Administration for the Oracle database and Oracle HRMS modules.? ASP or Web-based application design and development experience.? Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, Project and Access)?
