Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree


Minimum work experience required: 2-4 years


Special skills required:
The HFM Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Applications support focused on the Hyperion product suite (HFM, Reports, Analyzer) and Weblink Upstream
Learn and understand HFM application and data model in order to assist finance in troubleshooting
Coordinate issue resolution with Atlanta technical support team
Support the month and quarter close cycles across multiple finance groups-assist in troubleshooting and reconciling of data
Participate in software upgrades, patches, testing, and additional rollouts


Description of duties & responsibilities:
Knowledge and support of Hyperion products and/or Upstream
2-4 years experience in finance or systems supporting financial software
Ability to work effectively with finance and systems personnel at a corporate level
Strong troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, detail oriented, and articulate
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Interpersonal and multitasking skills a must
BA/BS in related field, Accounting or Finance preferred
