Your opportunity to lead large, complex HRO and/or HR ERP projects for a global consultancy. These are permanent opportunities with wide flexibility on where you can live. This means in any major US city including: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington DC. Should live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of a major airport. Travel can be up to 100% on weekdays.

Your role will be the primary focal point and owner for the service delivery activities for these large engagements. Your responsibilities include: developing account support program objectives; Leading individuals / teams by providing expert leadership to support your team to meet defined objectives and customer needs. Your success will be measured by how well you understand and develop service delivery customer satisfaction plans and programs which include defect elimination, cycle time reduction, and incremental improvements.

Your background will include: Project Management, Program Management (10+ Years), Project Management (15+ Years), People and Financial Management (7+ Years), SAP/PeopleSoft (Subject Matter knowledge - 5+ Years) Managed PMO with Budget $20+MM (3+ Years), Technology and Process Implementation (5+ Years), Exposure to HR/Payroll/Benefits (5+ Years) HRO Transition or HR ERP Implementation (5+ Years). ? HR experience in payroll and benefits
? Outsourcing
? Solution Architect experience (at least ten years)
? SAP and Peoplesoft technology - subject matter expert
