A Chicago real estate firm is looking for a Solid Web Developer for a contract to hire opportunity. The candidate must have accomplished professional skills with PHP, MySQL and CSS. They are also working with Photoshop and XML. Other minor skill sets are Ajax as well as Linux. Any work with sendmail: Sendmail Consortium would be nice to have. Other duties include taking a simple quark (desktop publishing program) files like a brochure/pamphlet and send it via their email system to lists. They are launching a new web site in January, and they need someone to run it. This person has to be able to work independently and be a good problem solver.
