Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Client Service Account Executive in our Chicago, IL office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
?Work with project team, customers, and management to prioritize requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools. Include project charter and scope, phases, tasks, assignments, dependencies, and target dates. Determine resource roles needed and work with management to secure project team members. Review metrics as necessary and manage actual effort against estimates in the plan to keep the project on schedule and within budget and scope. Establish and coordinate the plan for migration of the project into production. Manage customer expectations and communicate with other groups as needed to ensure successful implementation
?Work with Business Systems Analyst to define and document communication plan and promote a positive working relationship with customers. Maintain open and constant communication among internal team, customers, and management regarding project status. Perform analyses for changes to scope and negotiate/recommend course of action or escalate as appropriate
?Use effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and provide minutes so that all appropriate parties are kept up-to-date regarding project status and issues. Ensure that project team members communicate status and issues as appropriate
?Master all aspects of RiskConsole product and supporting tools implementing solutions, auditing data, create and distribute reports and providing general consultative support to clients.
?Maintain account information in CRM.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
?Every day software usage includes Microsoft's Access, Excel, Word, and Project.
?Thorough understanding of relational databases and relational report writing.
?Must be analytical in nature and enjoy complex technical challenges
?Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to clients
?Must have experience with managing profitability of software implementations and service
?Must have experience with developing and fostering client relationships

The highly qualified candidate will posses the following skills/experiences
?Experience in the Risk Management or Insurance fields
?Experience supporting clients/implementing software in a web-based environment
?Working knowledge of structured query language(SQL)

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
?5+ years of practical work experience
?Client management experience required
?Project management experience required
?Software implementation and/or support experience required

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
The applicant should be a degreed professional, preferably in Business, Risk Management, or MIS/Computer Science.
