Requirements
We are looking for a Web Developer who has:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
* 3+ years of web development experience.
* Expertise in HTML,CSS,XML,JavaScript/ActionScript for
developing platform independent, cross-browser front end desktop like systems(financial applications is a plus).
* Must have understanding of JSP/JSF and other Java based front end frameworks like Struts/Shell/icefaces etc.
* Understanding of basic java and j2ee would be a plus.
* Experience in AJAX/Flex concepts and integrating AJAX/Flex with dynamic websites.
* Experience with presenting lots of numerical information, collecting a lot of details through detailed HTML forms and making it all very fast and efficient is also a requirement.
* Excellent communication skills.


This is a Full-Time Position and we are not sponsoring any visas for this position.
