The primary responsibility will be to architect and develop enterprise solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework. These applications must integrate seamlessly into our existing applications and infrastructure. Another responsibility is to maintain existing legacy applications. The candidate needs good troubleshooting and analytical skills. He/she is expected to quickly gather a clear understanding of the business and usability of the applications beyond the actual coding.

The successful .Net Architect will possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, problem solving, planning, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work with legacy code from various developers.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: This .Net Architect position requires 2+ years of classic ASP development experience, 3+ years of .ASP .NET environment development experience, and 3+ years of complex SQL Server 2000/2005 database development skills including writing stored procedures, views, SQL optimization, triggers, etc. A 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience is required. Strong data-minded skill-set; Relational Design / ERD, XML/XSLT, experience using and/or developing for SharePoint 2007, and full life cycle development are required.

SharePoint 2007 Administration skills, experience converting/migrating classic ASP applications to .Net, and experience with AJAX are a plus. Experience with Web Services and SOA&#146;s, and understanding of how to work with version control tools, an understanding of Object-Oriented, and experience developing and implementing best practices and standards are also preferred.
