Employee must be willing work second shift from 3 pm until 11 pm Thursday through Monday.

" Working knowledge of the following operating systems:
o Unix, especially Solaris, from a command prompt. Exposure to Linux and AIX a plus.
o Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server. Networking exposure is vital.
" Experience in Tier 2 support, or extensive experience in Tier 1 support.
" Technical writing skills must be sufficient to document office and application procedures, as well as to provide good written communication in e-mail.
" Verbal communication skills must be sufficient to handle bridgeline calls with multiple attendees, and relay information between technical and management bridgelines.
" Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision, and responsibility for the activities of multiple technicians.
