Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk / Desktop Support candidate for a contract position with one of our clients. The candidate must have excellent MAC and/or PC skills as well as strong communication skills. This Help Desk / Desktop Support consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, printers, and providing end user support. The ideal Desktop Support Specialist for this position must be customer service oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. Experience: XP Troubleshooting at least 3+ years. Hardware and network troubleshooting for 3+ years.
