Our client is seeking a talented IT professional to join the young dynamic global support team. The primary duty of the Support Engineer is to provide telephone, email and onsite support for digital dictation, speech recognition software and hardware. This will involve applying and acquiring knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Networks, other TCP/IP networks, DNS, WINS, Active Directory and Virtual Private Networks.
Experience: MUST HAVE (no exceptions): MCSE/MCSA, MCDBA or CCNA; In-depth SQL Server knowledge; Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server; Microsoft Exchange Server; Active Directory; Strong network troubleshooting skills (e.g. DNS and VPN problem diagnostics); Knowledge of Terminal Services or Citrix.
