Our client is searching for two Access Developers with experience in HR Benefit Databases. The candidate will be developing, tweaking and manipulating already existing data on the database. The applications will consist of all HR benefits that employees would request for themselves. Extensive experience with Access/Excel formulas will be extremely important for completing the tasks required. The candidate will also implement and test database design and functionality, and tuning for performance. Providing support to the database administrators and interfacing with business users to ensure the database is satisfying business requirements. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Extensive experience with Access development will be required. HR Benefit experience is a must for the candidate to be qualified for this opportunity. Travel will be required for this position. Contractor will need to travel all over the nation, anywhere from 0-4 days a week. The travel should not be over 40 hours a week, but might sometimes be on weekends here and there. All travel will be pre-paid by the company.
