Performance and performance testing management
File transmission and automation Knowledge of NDM (most important), SFTP and Control-M (scheduling), development experience with these tools is a significant plus
Will be managing resources for this project both onshore and offshore. Up to approx 13 total resources at one time.
The candidate will have the responsibility of managing the File Transmission/Automation Team. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that good development practices are followed in the File Transmission and Automation space.

This team is responsible for developing NDM, SFTP and Control-M scripts for our Paymentnet3, Legacy Paymentnet, Internal Applications, PaymentnetG and Paymentnet4 environments. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that good programming standards are followed. He or she will be responsible for managing deliverables and the metrics around them.

He or she will report to the Infrastructure Director and will work closely with the Infrastructure Manager who previously held this position and is now managing the Paymentnet4 development.

He or she will also be responsible for managing Performance Testing around both projects and production performance issues. He or she will also work with Kris Franken who is our lead performance and capacity analyst. He or she will be measured on the guidance to and the success of the performance and capacity management team.

Required Skills:
. College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
. Software development experience from both a management and development perspective
. Knowledge of NDM, FTP and Control-M, development experience with these tools is a significant plus
. Needs management experience in a software development capacity
. Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in documenting requirements and technical specifications
. Financial experience is a plus
. Production assurance experience is a plus
. Strong time management skills and must be well organized
. Energetic, self-starter requiring little direct supervision
. Ability to lead through influence, especially when working with cross-impacted areas
. Good project management skills; PMP is a plus
. Excellent telephone and conference call etiquette
. Good understanding of infrastructure and infrastructure environments
. Prior experience with the JPMC Production Assurance processes would give the candidate a significant advantage
. Must have excellent oral communication skills
