And, by working closely with your mentors and team leaders, you will develop and execute training programs for enhancing the technical and professional skills of yourself and your Team.Required SkillsThe Business Continuity Planning Consultant should be an excellent communicator who has the desire to interface with different types of end user clients in an array of industries. This person will be self motivated with a proven track record of working well independently at customer sites with minimal supervision as well as have proven team leadership skills.
