Job Description: This is a project coordinator/high level data analyst role. Scheduling jobs for programs in batches Manage Production Synchronization Defect Database to insure proper synchronization between the two SAP landscapes Work closely with SIR Management team Report on Production Synchronization status and metrics Work directly with Fix Leads on Production Synchronization status/issues Coordinate Support Pack checkout activities with Cutover, Process and Technology teams Understand and educate teams on the Food and Beverage Batch Scheduling process and scope for use of Control-M scheduling tool. Refine the release strategy for coordination activities with Food and Beverage Global Scheduling team (GST) and Food and Beverage Global Operations Team (GOST) Create and Maintain Release Jobs in Control-M and submit Transition Service Requests (TSRs) on behalf of the Release Build and leverage relationships with Release technology, process, test, Legacy and deployment teams to address scheduling requirements Work with test, technology and Legacy teams during Release ramp-up to gather environment mapping requirements Report status & metrics for Environment Management & Automation Document process and procedures and insure current documentation is up-to-date across Environment Management & Automation Special projects and tasks as requested by Environment and/or Enterprise Delivery Director Skill Sets: Required Skills: BS in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems preferred Prior experience with SAP or ERP Implementations, maintenance and/or upgrades highly desirable; Must be able to understand process gaps and translate requirements into technical solutions Strong technical, analytical and project management skills Must be skilled in Excel (pivot tables), SQL (running queries and pulling data/reports). Ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and other IT areas Strong organizational and facilitation skills. Desired Skills: Knowledge of SAP and Middleware applications (TIBCO, INFORMATICA) very beneficial. Viso; database and Visual Basic experience preferred.
