- Strong backend/enterprise development experience - Solid DEPTH of JAVA JMS, Web services, Stateless session and message driven beans, Interest Rates, Credit Derivatives NOT web developer or just GUI The client will look for 1-2 to have some solid Sybase background to do some Schema and high end architecture work along with being a JAVA person. Of the 9 hires the client will hire 2 resources who have some Swing and front end development experience along with the core server side Java depth.
