Primary responsibility for this position is the ownership, policing, and user support of CRM for all applicable business divisions. Secondary responsibility is the reporting and preparing of demand plans. This requires a heavy emphasis of attention to data integrity and the accurate reporting of data specific to sales operations functions within and without CRM. Improving and extending the use of CRM to improve sales effectiveness and reporting. This role will also support demand management needs and demand forecasting. Essential Job Duties: .Problem determination, debugging and issue troubleshooting, resolution and testing as related to Siebel application administration .Siebel custom development .Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks including phone support for daily users. .Administers Siebel OnDemand functionality in conjunction with IT team by facilitating requests for application changes .Creating and Maintaining the sales team Knowledge Warehouse – Solutions. .Enforcer of Standard Operating Procedures .Database Cleansing and duplicate record management .Responsible for supporting and coordinating future upgrades .Future and on-going training support .Report Management including custom analysis as required .Demand Management and forecasting support .Other tasks as assigned such as CRM record creation and direct sales follow-up as needed Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Work Experience Requirements: .4+ years of related experience (CRM and Sales Operations & Planning) Special Knowledge/Skills and/or Abilities: .Knowledge of the following: Databases - Access, ASP, and SQL Reporting tool kits - Crystal and Cyberquery CRM tools - preferably Siebel/Oracle OnDemand, Salesforce Automation ERP tools - QAD or related Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position requires the physical demands of a standard office environment.
