Duties: Managing the day to day operations of the IT support teams including Financial Application Services, Desktop Support, Service Desk and Purchasing Teams Implement, document and maintain support and implementation processes Escalation point for all critical issues Define KPIs and related reports Manage IT Operations service catalog and asset management data Requirements: 4+ years managing IT support operations in a financial environment 4+ years in a hands-on technical role 2+ years managing purchasing and asset management 2+ years of project or product management Previous experience working in a trading environment Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices Solid understanding of CMDB Previous experience developing and implementing KPIs Strong communication and documentation skills
