Description Location: ChicagoTitle: Daily Support EngineerTasks: Moves, adds changes for Call Manager, UCM version 5.x or higher. Example: Adding and configuring VoIP phones Moves, adds, changes for Unity Connections Voicemail. Example: Adding and configuring new voicemailboxes, PINS, available features). Handling daily request emails for support for the Call Manager project. Level II support collecting trace files and investigating call quality issues if needed. Experience working with Cisco Routers and Switches (voice configuration) and a minimum CCNA certification. CCNP or CCVP would be a plus. Communicating to users proper instructions for VoIP features and functionality. Documenting progress and resolution of trouble tickets in Remedy system.
