One of SGA's major financial clients is looking for an IVR QA Tester for a contract position in Chicago, Illinois. The tester will be responsible for QA Functional Testing for IVR application. The tester will Develop Test Plans, Develop Test Conditions & Scripts, Execute QA Test Scripts, Report Execution & Defect Status to QA Manager, Coordinate and Lead QA Defect Meeting. Candidate may also be responsible for assigning and monitoring work of other QA testers.
