SHORT SCOOP: 2+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Performs service calls: Prospective customers and assigned service territory. . Must be able to track and maintain inventory. . Customer service: Assist the customer in assessing their needs. . Product knowledge: Panasonic and Kyocera product line features, benefits and use. JOB REQUIREMENTS: . Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience required. . Service experience preferred (office equipment industry ideal but not mandatory). . Excellent communication skills (In person and on the phone). . Networking knowledge a plus (computer and connectivity). . Excellent customer service experience skills required. . Must be capable of lifting up to 70 pounds (tools, machines, paper, etc.) MUST POSSESS: . A professional appearance and an outstanding Can-Do attitude with customers and co-workers. . Provides own transportation and a valid driver's license (good driving record with certification of car insurance).
