Duties: Responsible for all aspects of infrastructure, marketing and data management services Understands customer business requirements to determine risk and make informed decisions regarding services Coordinate technical resources for client, manages incident and change processes, manages over SLAs as well as owns the Statement of Work for all services Manage the contract scope, process enforcement and respond to outages Requirements: 10+ years of IT experience in service delivery, consulting, offshore, professional services, outsourcing, methodology and process adherence Must have solid background with Mainframe systems 3+ years experience in a management role PMP and/or ITIL certifications a plus Must have experience with infrastructure outsourcing data center & mainframes Excellent communication & documentation skills
