This position requires 2-3 yrs experience with Tivoli Access Manager 5.x. and Tivoli Identify Manager 4.x.
Need TAM understanding of integration with LDAP, MQ and entire Websphere suite of applications. Helpful to have understanding of J2EE roles. Need Tivoli Identity Manager implementation expertise with specific integration experience with Active Directory. Must have understanding of troubleshooting processes and methodologies.


Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum seven years of solid, diverse work experience in IT including experience with systems architecture methodologies.
3. Some previous project leadership experience is desirable.
4. Applicable certifications preferred

The Application Performance and Troubleshooting team is looking for a technical heavy hitter to work across various technical areas representing end-to-end application performance. The ability to effectively engage and bridge the knowledge gaps between different technology specializations is critical to this position.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This position is responsible for operational support of and project initiatives involving database environments. This position plays an integral role in the maintenance, support, and enhancements of business critical applications.
