A SmartSource client is in need of Flash Developers for a 1+ year contract. The client is a fast-paced creative agency looking for gifted and ambitious developers and programmers for interactive development of large-scale projects with a very large deployment.

They have a collaborative, laid-back development environment, where we listen to every member of our team and value everyone's input equally. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a cutting-edge, interactive software development company and the clientele without having to brave a rigid corporate atmosphere.

This position is for a full-time Macromedia Flash and ActionScript developer with experience and/or confidence in developing with the Flash environment.

Ideal candidates would have a coding background with knowledge of OOP principles. Experience developing for the Windows platform using VB6, .Net technologies, or C++ would be a definite plus but is not required.

Be prepared to tell us about how you've solved problems with others, talk about past projects, to bring samples of your code that you feel best show off your coding abilities, and to write some small snippets of code in an interview setting.
