Major client has immediate opening for an Organizational Change Strategy - Managing Consultant -Industrial sector. Candidate must be willing to travel up to 100%. Act as a critical member of a client project team to perform the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract. The managing consultant is responsible for directing themselves and other consultants in the gathering of facts (primary, secondary data), analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation. Must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization with team members, senior leaders, and clients. In addition, must be capable of providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in organization change strategy. They must function as both a team member and a workstream leader in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved. Experience: Candidate Must Have: . Big 4 external consulting experience . MBA/MS with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior or Organizational Development . 8+ years experience in developing and managing project communications strategies, stakeholder assessment and management programs, organizational readiness assessments and overall change program design, job impact analysis, role design and performance metrics program design. Experience in redesign and aligning organizational infrastructure. . Experience in managing organizational change components of large scale SAP implementations. .
