SAP-CRM Field Services there are 2 critical characteristics:

1) This person needs to be a Project Lead not just a functional consultant. They will look for this person to develop the strategy, lead the project and be responsible for the delivery

2) Again, this is specific to CRM FIELD SERVICE for sending out technicians to fix equipment at the customer's site. Not for Interaction Center Customer complaints.

This is to configure the SAP CRM system to:
Identify (via phone or web-Interaction Center) the problems
Schedule a technician to go to the site
Dispatch the technician at the time he needs to be there
Collect the data from the repairs (Hours, materials).
Determine whether it is on maintenance or to be billed
Close the repair order
etc.
