1. Design, develop, and modify Microsoft ASP.NET applications, .NET components, Web Services, and Enterprise Services components. 2. Design, develop, and maintain SQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures. 3. Deploy .Net systems to various production and pre-production environments and troubleshoot issues 4. Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions 5. Manage tasks and activities for self and others 6. Analyze design and architectural issues and questions 7. Mentor junior members of the team on technology and process 8. Support management of the project development team 9. Work in a team environment using a structured development process and deliver applications on time and within budget. 10. Follow up with issues in an efficient manner, including working hand in hand with Quality Assurance, Project Management and/or Business Analysis. 11. Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks to project manager. Experience: ? 6+ years in Software Development preferably in large scale enterprise projects. Experience developing secure web-based systems and system integration. Experience building high-performance web applications. ? Excellent knowledge of C# or VB.NET, .NET Framework, Web Services, Enterprise Services, and ASP.NET. ? Strong knowledge of technologies including Windows 2000, Windows 2003, IIS, ASP, VBScript, COM+, JavaScript, and SQL Server. ? Strong knowledge of UML and object modeling. Object oriented design experience using structured methods such as design patterns and OO modeling methodologies. Working experience with iterative development processes such as RUP. ? Excellent learning and communication skills. ? Demonstrated management and leadership ability. ? Experience creating secure web-based applications ?
