Our downtown client seeks a Sr. Systems Support Analyst for a permanent position. This person will support 4 of our client's clients located within the loop. This role includes all aspects of End-User support, IT project management, knowledge and document development, etc., coordinated through the leader of our Operational Excellence Program to enhance existing client capabilities and work with the most senior members of the organization on new client development efforts.
