Primary responsibilities include managing the architecture, design, development, and implementation of the Firm's core applications; plan and oversee the ongoing management of applications to ensure maximum benefit of I.T. assets, including vendor management, system documentation, platform integrations, enhancements and expanded functionality; work with business partners and department heads to deliver I.T. solutions to business needs; resolve issues escalated by Firm administration or the Firm's Technology Committee; interview, hire and train employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems; manage new and established vendor relationships; interact with end users and software vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation; assist in the development of the annual budget and perform other related duties as required.

Experience: 7+ years working with application software in a law firm, professional services, or similar environment; experience with major implementations and upgrades of software; knowledge of document management systems; prior supervisory and project management experience are required.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree is required.
