Assists in coordination and analysis of internal or external projects associated with the channel, channel products, or access to the channel products. Responsibilities include performing specialized business analysis and process re -engineering utilizing process mapping and re-engineering methodologies and tools. May lead small to medium sized projects and work groups and/or participate on system project teams as requested. The level of work required is considered intermediate and staff must be able to work under general supervision. This job does not have any direct reports.


Job Description:

  • Serves as a business analyst for internal or external CRSO related channel, channel products or access to the channel products
  • Adheres to business process re-engineering methodologies and tools
  • Enforces integrated planning and tracking across channels, tiers, projects, and teams
  • Enforces the ongoing use of standards established as part of the planning process
  • Ensures that project risks are understood, addressed and resolved on a timely basis
    Develops and conducts educational programs to disseminate knowledge and ensure adoption and use across the client
  • Develops internal and external communications for stakeholder groups
  • Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate channel processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned



Experience: Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as noted below
  • 3 to 5 plus years of direct work related experience Independent thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Possesses and applies broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization to the completion of assignments
  • Coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with communicating with internal and external stakeholders
