Our client is seeking a proficient project coordinator to support a very sophisticated account group by facilitating the flow of project communication between the client, account managers, creative team and project 'realization' owners. The Project Coordinator is the key source for all project information and is responsible for documenting, tracking budgets, scheduling, quality control, ensuring on time delivery and invoicing. You will work with budgets, vendors and manage the flow of project communications as the right-hand person to the Account Manager and may interface with the client directly as well. This agency is a strong, dynamic team environment that works on Macs to offer clients integrated services from concept and brand strategy through to design implementation and CPG package production.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment in a client services or client-facing role is desired, with a strong understanding and exposure to production. The ideal Project Coordinator must be able to work well under pressure and be adept to multi-task proficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position requires a strong communicator with a high attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced creative working environment. The Project Coordinator must also be customer focused (with both the internal and external clients), have a positive attitude and be a team player. Bachelors degree required.
