Responsibilities:



The Information Security Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising staff, and executing IT Security and Privacy projects, as well as support proposal development, and new solution development. This individual will manage projects to ensure high-quality delivery within the project confines of budget. This position will also perform work, as well as oversee the technical work of junior level personnel. This position will work directly with clients to communicate business and technical aspects of the work being performed. This Manager will set performance expectations for junior level personnel and provide constructive performance feedback on a regular basis. This position will assist or manage the engagement economics of the projects, including budget status tracking, billing, and collection analysis. The Information Security Manager will perform the following responsibilities:



- Manage and lead Information Security Projects.

- Evaluate IS operations to ensure data security and integrity for our clients.

- Manage and lead engagements surrounding the analysis, design, and implementation of security infrastructure solutions (incl. รข?? Identity Management, Access Management, Data Protection, etc.) for clients.

- Manage and lead engagements to support our public company financial audits by planning, evaluating, and testing information technology controls as required under the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

- Prepare reports to detail results of evaluation.

- Submit recommendations to client for corrective action.

- Participate in strategic and tactical objectives to include new product offerings, identify additional client needs, and generating new business leads.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for business.

- Correspond with a variety of clients and communicate security issues, recommendations, and deliverables effectively.
