Experience: Company Profile
* Locations: Unless otherwise listed most positions are on the east coast or in Mid-west.
* Travel: All positions can be up to 100% travel. It depends on the client and project assigned. All candidates need to enjoy the "consulting lifestyle." Most work weeks are four days on-site.
* US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B candidates are all acceptable unless indicated otherwise.
* All positions are Sr. Level consultants (7-9+ years experience).
* They hire a lot of people from the Big Four & other large consulting firms, but it is NOT required that candidates have Big Four experience.
* Some of the more senior hires besides being in delivery roles we will be required to work on proposals and sales efforts.
* Sr. Consultants usually manage a team of 1-3 members. They have experience in multiple SAP implementations (7-9 years SAP).
* Pay rates are competitive with Big Four and in some cases better.
* PM's & Architect Level candidates are in the 150K+ range.
* PM's/Architects are client facing, SME's, work closely with AE's

* Selection process usually moves quickly. We submit. They review and send to hiring directors & usually have feedback in 48 hours.
* Phone interviews can last 30-90 minutes depending on the interviewer.
* There are separate functional & technical interviews.
* There is always a face to face before offers are made. (Company is in Atlanta, GA)
* All of the above can take place in a week for a good candidate.

Currently they are in dire need of filling the APO, FICO & MM positions.
