The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the delivery of courses for a specialized Enterprise Case Management product set; this includes end user, business configuration, technical configuration, support and installation training. The Consultant will need to acquire a deep understanding of the product set and become conversant in the product domain of the company's markets.

Experience: A bachelor's degree in CS is required. This person should be very strong in SQL, XML, and Web Services. They must have a good understanding of computing concepts and applications, including Java, Windows OS (Unix is a plus), client/server architectures, and web-based application tools. Experience in delivery of IT and business-related training. Significant customer facing experience in a consultancy/training role. A clear understanding of CRM and Business Process Re-engineering. Willingness to travel 3-4 days/week.
It is a plus to have Enterprise Case Management experience, experience with local and human services government sectors, design and delivery of e-based learning, and training/teaching qualification.
