This position on the Internal Systems team will lead the implementation of Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources Management solutions in a global environment utilizing standard project management principles. The Sr. Technical Project Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, lead, and control the Oracle implementation project with an emphasis on delivery, project success is measured in terms of schedule, budget, scope, and quality of the deliverables. This is a contract position with an eight to twelve month duration and will be converted to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Experience: . Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is strongly recommended.. 8 or more years of successful project management, with at least 3-4 years of experience on large enterprise-wide Oracle Financials and/or Oracle HRM implementations. Experience with the following Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, and with the following Oracle HRIS modules: HR, Employee and Manager Self Service, CWB, iRecruit, and OTL.. Demonstrated strengths in capturing clear and complete requirements through formal iterative process.. In depth knowledge of project management and software development methodologies. Hands-on experience managing full software development lifecycle from initiation through deployment and warranty phases.. Experience with industry standard project management tools including Microsoft Project, time tracking, and budget tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage matrix of multiple business and technology organizations.. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with an emphasis in building consensus. Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills. . Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced, high volume environment.
