Required:
. In depth knowledge of Rolfe & Nolan futures customer accounting systems.
. In depth knowledge of futures operations input and balancing processes including automated point balancing.
. Basic knowledge of CFTC, SEC and exchange rules and regulations for trade clearance, trade input, position balancing, margin and settlements.
. Minimum of 4-10 years of experience supporting or using the futures operations and / or futures customer accounting system functions for a FCM within a multi-national financial services firm.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Works well with teams.
. Highly motivated and energetic self-starter will need to take initiative as we expand infrastructure to support the broadening Futures business.

Preferred:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
. Support the day-to-day running of the Rolfe & Nolan futures customer accounting system for the Futures Group operations in Chicago, Toronto / Montreal and London.
. Assist with systems changes and integration of new product features of Rolfe & Nolan.
. Assist with implementation of Rolfe & Nolan system during startup phases for new regional futures operations and client service functions.
. Support acceptance and allocation software for straight through processing.
. Be a knowledge expert on Rolfe & Nolan for the Futures Group.
. Provide extra support for Toronto and London Rolfe and Nolan user functionality.
. Support maintenance of BCP.
