Overview:
The Systems Administration Specialist is responsible for the administration of the EAI COE TIBCO environment. They will also be responsible for working with the project team on Environment Migration and supporting development activities. All Systems Administration Specialists will cross train on all the ERP platforms and closely associated applications (bolt-on applications). Heavy interfacing with other IT Infrastructure teams such as server and database support.

Key Responsibilities:
- EAI COE TIBCO Software Administration.
- Work with Lead EAI Architect, Sr. Technical Architect and project-specific EAI Architects to understand key Enterprise Integration logical requirements
- Support core TIBCO software and Integration COE Common Services
- Communicate and report task-level status to the System Administration Team Lead
- EAI COE extractions and loads from other systems
- Knowledgeable on the implementation of the TIBCO communication environment
- Performance Monitoring and the administration of the Hawke monitoring tool
- Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support
- Utilizing Change Management to make changes
- Environment Migration Support
- Moving objects between environments within a EAI COE system
- EAI COE Technology liaison to other ERP teams, Enterprise Data Warehouse efforts, and BPT efforts overall.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the EAI COE TIBCO system and required bolt-on solutions.

Job Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
- Knowledgeable on clients IT policies and practices
- TIBCO knowledge required
- Any SAP interoperability experience a plus.
- UNIX (HP-UX) and scripting background is a PLUS
- Broad technical and IT knowledge
- Collaboration Skills/Partnering/Facilitation Skills
- Able to work directly with developers and end users under stressful situations
- Ability to work in matrixed environment.
- Ability to solve complex application problems through research and technical detective work.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Able to work off hours when required to perform maintenance activities as required

Minimum Job Requirements:
- College degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT
- Minimum of three years of TIBCO Active Enterprise Administration
- ERP SAP experience preferred
- Experience implementing EAI tools and processes
- Prior experience configuring TIBCO environments
- Experience managing TIBCO domains and projects
- Must be knowledgeable with the following: TIBCO Administrator 5.x or higher, EMS 4.3 or 4.4, BWWF 5.2 or (BWC), iProcess, Business Events (BAM solutions), Business Works (BW), Adapters (ADB and SAP), RV, RTView, General Interface (GI), Scripted Deployments, Past experience with TIBCO in High Availability environment with clustering, UNIX (HP-UX) and Scripting and Perl Experience PLUS, TIBCO Hawk monitoring
